1981 Non- Formal, Non – Profit, Quasi Charity, Limited by Guarantee UK Professional Awarding Body UK-Certified Knowledge Association (UK-CKA), who were previously known and accepted as The Corporation of Executives & Administrators (CEA), have come forth to incorporate a Non- Formal Blended Lifelong Knowledge University in their Executive Board of Trustees and Governors meeting on the 14th, January 2018.
UK-CKA is a unique England and Wales Professional Awarding Body adhering to the Company Act 1948 to 1981 section SIC (92), with not having a share capital, with the dedicated company act code of 9112 of offering legitimate UK Accredited Professional Diplomas and Memberships by considering each applicant’s Lifelong Blended Professional Knowledge Learning to offer the respective Professional Knowledge Degree Qualification. The Assessment and Verification are carried out by Independent Institution, UK Commission for Consistent Learning (UK-CCL), who maintain their Professional Quality Management Standards to the International Level of QMS-ISO- 9001:2015.

UK-CKA at the time of incorporation in their Memorandum of Article, made specific stipulations to incorporate various faculties to offer precise UK Professional Knowledge Diplomas and Distinguished Memberships under one umbrella according to the 1948-1981 England and Wales Company Act. This option allowed the Executive Board of Trustees and Governors of UK-CKA to come forth and incorporate their Non-Formal, Blended Distance, Lifelong Professional Knowledge University, taking into account their 37-year history to meet the members request to enhance their Professional Image and become a legitimate holder of a Professional Knowledge Degree Qualification. This concept provides the option of Dual Knowledge Qualifications to further reinforce the value of Professional Knowledge Degree contingency planning for the Third Millennium.

After long deliberation, the Executive Board of Trustees and Governors of UK-CKA endeavored to fulfill this expectation by communicating with Mr. Setefan Hristov Kolev, Attorney At Law of Bulgaria, who is the Legitimate Licence Registrar, to incorporate under the name of “One World Knowledge University” to the Legal stipulation of Bulgaria, Europe. This was executed in August 2018. One World Knowledge University (OWKU) founder noted that it is vital in today’s Global volatile economic climate to have experience as more employers are looking for knowledge-orientated applicants rather than the conventional theory-based academic graduates. As they will not be able to contribute immediately to resolve the market needs of today, but Professional Knowledge Graduates can hit the ground running because of their Knowledge Ability which is a very valuable asset in the Business World. This innovative vision to come up with the name of One World Knowledge University (OWKU) will emphasize the concept and mission of OWKU.
But in today’s current marketplace, we have many mature adults with a very high level of experience but do not hold a valid Professional Certification to confirm their Professional Knowledge Ability to assure the employers of their potential value. For this purpose, UK-CKA and their Trustees came up with a realistic methodology concept to meet the challenge in offering the Professional Knowledge Qualifications to matured licensed working individuals, whereby they can be accommodated by employers as Qualified Professionals.
The UK-CKA Trustees come from the Traditional Orthodox Educational Route but the truth of the matter is that, in today’s modern business world, employers are seeking hands-on Professional Knowledge applicants. This can be met by UK-CKA and OWKU of Bulgaria. This notion is accepted by today’s traditional graduates to further their professional career and they have come forward to pledge their allegiance to OWKUs vision and mission by further reinforcing the notion that the “Professional Knowledge Degree” is a valid and very important award for shaping the business future, whilst also rewarding the self-made entrepreneurs of today and tomorrow.
The emphasis, OWKUs founders believe, is that their Professional Knowledge Qualifications encourage licensed working individuals to earn their respective recognition from a legitimate Professional Knowledge Degree Awarding Institution. The Executive Governor-General of UK-CKA and OWKU Prof. Ralph Thomas, when consulting with today’s fresh graduates from Orthodox Universities who cannot find suitable jobs just based on their academic learning in the current Business Economic Climate. This confirms that the accomplishment of traditional academic degree qualification does not meet the current demands of Employer Requirements. This was taken into consideration by UK-CKA when developing their Professional Knowledge concept.
The UK-CKA and OWKU Trustees want to reach out to all licensed working individuals who do not have a professional endorsement for their lifelong knowledge contribution to work together and get the recognition they deserve by gaining credit-worthy Professional Knowledge degree Qualifications.
