This UKCKA membership is awarded to OWKU’s Graduates to confirm the Great Britain affiliation.   Add to this UKCKA’s publication such as “ADMIN TIMES and ADMIN WORLD” is circulated with the OWKU information to all the Alumni Members of OWKU free of charge. The UKCKA’s Eminent Certified Membership is also can be considered as a dual qualification.

OWKU’s Trustees have given this vital task to UK-Commission for Consistent Learning (UK-CCL) who is a UK incorporated non-profit quasi charity institution whose sole purpose is to maintain UKCCL’s Professional Quality Management Standards (PQMS 5001-2005) in assessing, examining and verifying of individuals, institutions and organisations, due to the fact it has recognition of QMS-ISO 9001:2015 International Quality Standards.

Although quality assurance is a fundamental responsibility of OWKU, but it has empowered to UK-CCL as they have the approval to the ISO Standard and Guideline as the assessors, examiners and verifiers under reference of BS-EN-9001:2008 with certification number GB-14390.  The International Standardization Organization (ISO) is the only quality assurance system recognized by intergovernmental agreement between 148 different countries. The ISO encourages institutions to adopt the standards in both self-certification and external audit processes. This certification is renewed up until 2027.

Yes, because all the candidates are assessed, examined and verified by UK-CCL. This function is carried out as per to the methods and quality assurance of ISO -QMS Standards and Professional Quality Management Standards of UK-CCL PQMS 5001:2005. Add to this UK-CCL offer the OWKU candidates with the Equivalency Certification as the confirmation of Professional Knowledge Qualification of OWKU is taken into European Qualification Standards.

All the candidates’ documents are examined and verified individually by UK-CCL approved professionals in their respective countries. UK-CCL nominates professionally qualified and experienced academics and professionals to execute their tasks in any countries as their Assessors and Verifiers are Independent External Academics. OWKU’s Executive Board of Trustees and Governors would like to advise in advance to every applicant, who is considering in obtaining a Knowledge Degree Qualification or intending to transfer credits to any other awarding body, that they must not take for granted the credits earned at OWKU will be accepted by the other awarding bodies without first verifying this independently prior to their ennoblement. Please be advised that, an institution’s legal or accreditation status does not guarantee that, credits earned at any institution would be accepted for transfer by another institution. No institution, however, cannot distinguished their accreditation status. OWKU can state truthfully that, its credits are collectively accepted in all situations.

OWKU being an Independent International Non-Governmental Non-Profit Quasi Charity Private Association In Corporate in Bulgaria, Europe does not participate in government-funded aid programmes and it cannot offer a General Scholarship Scheme. However, OWKU being an affiliate of UK-CCL and UK-CKA of Great Britain, OWKU can consider some scholarship on individual basis with the approval of UK-CCL for candidates from the developing counties.  On the same token OWKU is actively seeking any donors to come forward in sponsoring any candidates via the Alumni Alliance scheme.   Candidates may seek assistance from their   current employers or private financial commercial loan companies. If any documents are required regarding confirmation acceptance of any award, OWKU’s admission department will assist the candidates, as long as the prospective candidate makes a written request

OWKU believes and supports a green environment, therefore it is readily available for print from their dedicated website and as such OWKU does not send it by postal mail.

OWKU does not believe in a telemarketing concept but does depend and support personal and individual references. Telephone consultations are offered to clarify any doubts and assist the prospective candidates with any additional information that, they make require. All applicants must complete OWKU’s official application along with a detailed CV. These must be enclosed for the initial assessment to be carried out. The use of telephone processes in admissions is usually a cover for high-pressure sales and marketing counsellors paid on commission. OWKU always wants the applicant to think carefully and independently before making any decision and to be absolutely sure before enrolling. There is no high-pressure sales talk because OWKU’s emphasis is purely on achieving high quality and satisfaction. Every application is considered on an individual merit only.

A Non-Refundable Preliminary Verification fee is payable by every applicant at the time of initial submission of documentation. Thereafter, fees are determined by the Deputy Vice Chancellor of the Bursary in consultation with the Executive Governor General. The fee structure is reviewed in the third week of December every year. Every provider of OWKU awards must adhere to the fee structure that, has been produced by the University Bursary. The only person who has full authority to award any fee deduction will be the Executive Trustee and Governor General. The fee comprises of Registration, Learning, Assessment, Verifying and Awarding. All fees must be remitted to UK-CKA Bank Account nominated by the Executive Board of Trustees and Governors.

The OWKU Alumni Association managed by UK Business Organisation Professional Knowledge Alliance (PKA) handles this specific affair for the OWKU. The PKA’s main aim and objective is to function as Networking Alliance for Lifelong Blended Knowledge Learning Awarding Bodies, namely OWKU UKCKA,UKCCL, CEA and ECU. PKA being an Independent Business Organisation, who will be handling Workshops, Seminars, Business Conferences, Graduations, Convocations and any other events in bringing all the awarding bodies professional under one umbrella known to  handles this professional services an Alumni Association. PKA’s affiliation does give high-level benefits to the OWKU Degree Candidates to enhance their individuals Professional Status as  a Professional Business Network Forum.
